Last Day of Bird ID Class-Spring 2008

Well, the weatherman was wrong again this Saturday as the day turned out to be gorgeous! We've lucked out a few times this spring with the weather being much better than the forecasters have predicted. This is my first time ever seeing a common nighthawk and a big THANKS to Marcy for spotting this guy. I also got my first images of a cedar waxwing, one of the most beautiful birds around I think. I put together a little slide show of some shots I took today during our last class of the spring. http://s210.photobucket.com/albums/bb238/MicheleRF_photos/?action=view&current=778b500d.pbw
